F*ck It Friday (or FIF)

Let's put the happy in hour. Sixty minutes to revel in the fun and lightness of the least responsible version of you.

f*ck it | fuhk it | : an urgent refusal to fix things you didn't break

Zero f*ck it | 'zirō fuhks | : really, really done; the delighted acceptance of disinvestment from convincing anyone of anything

This ain't ya mama's Zoom meeting. Choose an alter ego and an avatar, or keep your camera off. Your real name is optional. See examples below.

Next FIF: Friday, November 13 ⸱ 3-4pm ET ⸱ Free ⸱ Online ⸱ Anonymous

I've heard you say 'F*ck it.' Now come practice it. Not knowing exactly what you're walking into is part of the fun. Your curiosity is invited. Your habit of putting everyone else's needs first can sit this one out. We may dance or reenact scenes from Love Jones or Waiting to Exhale - who knows, you'll just have to see what happens when you get there.

To help you lean into this energy -- you'll select an alter ego (e.g., "Foxy Brown") and, if you like, a video image (e.g., giraffe emoji - see examples below). Camera off or an avatar is fine. Real name optional. We'll be together - but this is just for you.

Does this sound silly? It is. Will you laugh a lot? Probably. Will you owe anyone anything when we finish? Absolutely not.

The Details:
FIF is one of The Red Dirt Society's imagination and play sandboxes. It stands on its own: always free, with no obligation to join anything else. Come once or come often. Please believe, I need it as much as you do.
I'll tell you about the other sandboxes, but there's zero pressure to join.

I say F*ck It, I'm ready to Mean it.

Alter Egos Only.

The world will still be on fire before and after the hour ends - don't worry. Whether you go full f*ck it or partake in a bit of f*ck it light -- come feel what even an hour can do for your soul and heart. And if you sneak a flask into your bag or have that 3rd espresso - this is a judgment free zone.
